Refund & Cancellation Policy

How cancellations, refunds, and billing adjustments are handled for subscriptions, onboarding, and implementation services.

Subscriptions

  • Plans may renew monthly or on the billing cycle described in the proposal or invoice.
  • If cancellation is requested before the next cycle, access remains available until the end of the paid term unless otherwise agreed.
  • Unused time in a partially used subscription period is generally non-refundable unless required by law or explicitly promised in writing.

Onboarding and setup

  • Setup, configuration, migration, and implementation fees may be non-refundable once work has started.
  • If a project is paused by the customer, work completed up to that point remains billable.
  • Any special refund promise must be stated in a written quote or contract.

Exceptional cases

  • Duplicate payments, billing errors, or mistaken charges will be reviewed and corrected where valid.
  • If a payment gateway or bank reverses a payment, access may be adjusted accordingly.
  • Refunds, when approved, are typically issued through the original payment method or another mutually agreed method.

How to request a review

  • Email support with the invoice number, payment reference, and reason for the request.
  • Include supporting documents where available.
  • We aim to respond within a reasonable time and keep a written record of the decision.
Invoices, written proposals, or signed agreements may include additional commercial terms specific to a customer engagement.
